How to Return an Item

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  2. Return the original item following our return process
  3. Once we receive the return, we'll ship the replacement item
  4. If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
  5. If the replacement item costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times:

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
